ABOUT ME
Hi I'm Autumn!
I have been a professional doula serving Northern Michigan for over 10 years. I'm also a mom to 3 older kiddos and became a doula 2 years after my youngest child was born. I wanted to become a doula to help women have positive birth experiences and empower new moms. I certified with ToLabor in 2015 as a Birth and postpartum doula. When I am not helping families on their birth journeys I enjoy being with my kiddos or in my garden.

Providing support for Mom and Family
Labor & Birth
In the labor and birth process I am support for you and your family. During your birthing process I guide you through positioning and breathing techniques along with gentle massage to promote a smoother and more comfortable birthing experience. I focus on natural pain management strategies to help mothers navigate labor with confidence and ease. I will be an advocate for your birth plan and guide you in understanding the birth process.
Postpartum
In your first days at home I offer emotional support, lactation and feeding support as well as newborn care. I can assist with light house work and errand running. This service is available for two weeks postpartum.
